Sixth Form Admissions for 2025
Application forms will open here on Friday 13th December 2024.
Internal students must apply via their school email address and you will only be able to access and submit the form once. If you have any queries after submission, please email sfgeneral@uhs.org.uk and a member of the sixth form team will be able to help you. Once the deadline has passed, the sixth form team will be in touch with individuals to offer an interview to discuss their application further.

School open for enrolment to all external applicants. Please ensure you bring photo ID and your original exam results with you.

Please note that the school will not be open on any other day for sixth form enrolment.
