Futures First Programme
On 1st January 2017, twelve Year 12 students went to Bath University for the day as part of the Futures First Programme.

On 1st February, students from Years 7 and 8 took part in competitive athletics events at Swakeleys School for the Hillingdon Borough Indoor Athletics Competition. Events included: sprinting; long distance running; relays and field events.
Students performed fantastically well and made the school PROUD.
On 26th January 2017, thirteen business students attended a ‘Working in the City’ workshop at Deutsche Bank, London.
RSC TO TOUR FIRST ENCOUNTERS WITH SHAKESPEARE PRODUCTION OF THE TEMPEST TO LONDON IN MARCH 2017
A number of Uxbridge High students represented Hillingdon at the Middlesex Schools' Cross Country Championships at Harrow School on Thursday 26th January 2017. In freezing conditions, competitors raced against hundreds of the best runners from Middlesex in the U13, U15, U17 & U19 age groups, running distances from 2.1km for U13 girls, right through to 6.6km for U19 boys.

On 10th January, Uxbridge High School students competed against a number of schools including Stockley, Barnhill and Swakeleys at this year’s semi-final of the Indoor Sports Hall Athletics competition.
